From the field to the report.
How ten seconds of video become a three-dimensional skeleton, then metrics placed against their norms.
01 · Capture
Ten seconds of video, wherever the athlete trains.
- On a smartphone, on site
Filmed from the app, on the road, the track or the court. No cameras to set up, no lab required.
- Markerless
Nothing to attach or calibrate between athletes: a whole team gets through in the time a conventional setup takes.
- One to three minutes
One minute for a side-view analysis, three for the full three-dimensional reconstruction.
02 · The model
A reconstructed skeleton, not a silhouette.
- Musculoskeletal
The points detected in the video are linked to an anatomical model: you see the joints themselves, constrained to what is physiologically possible.
- Added depth
Beyond flexion seen from the side, internal and external knee rotation, which a single plane cannot show. 43 angles, left and right.
- Across the whole cycle
Every angle tracked over time, with its minimum, maximum, range and value at top and bottom dead centre.

03 · The norms
Every metric placed against its norm.
- Published references
Each norm comes from a publication cited under the metric, adjusted to the sport and the level: recreational, trained, elite.
- Left and right
Every metric compared between both sides, across the whole movement.
- Over time
Two recordings several weeks apart, to objectively show what has changed after an adjustment or a return from injury.
The position actually held in a race.
The video is filmed from a motorbike or a support vehicle, and the analysis produces the same metrics as in the lab, with separate reference values for each position.
The position at the end of the effort
The one that breaks down as fatigue sets in, and that no measurement on rollers captures.
On the extensions after two hours
Rather than the position held for ten seconds on a turbo trainer. The gap between the two is exactly what costs watts.
Aerodynamics
The reconstruction produces a complete body volume, from which we estimate the frontal area and the drag attributable to the position.
The whole squad is filmed on a ride, at a training camp or during a dedicated session, and processing is done afterwards in batch.
Reference values
One norm per position, and the decision is yours.
Judging a time trial position against a leisure cyclist would make no sense. Every bike analysis is therefore linked to its position, and every metric gets its colour: within the norm, borderline, outside the norm.
- Comfort
Recreational riding and bikefit, where the first goal is to ride for a long time without pain.
- Road
The seated performance position, with references adjusted to the level.
- Aero and time trial
The position on the extensions, with estimated frontal area and CdA.
We measure and compare; we do not prescribe. You have the athlete's history, background and context: the adjustment remains your decision.
Accuracy, measured before it is promised.
Comparing a measurement with a reference system is the only way to know what it is worth. So we give the figure along with its caveat.
In progress
Comparative study
With a biomechanics laboratory, our measurements compared with those of a marker-based optoelectronic system. Early results: a difference of under three degrees on joint angles, still to be confirmed.

The full results
Published with their protocol and the difference measured joint by joint.
For every movement
The same method everywhere
Each new sport compared with the reference before it is offered.
The tool is built around your protocols.
Beyond the algorithms, we design the tool that makes them usable: measurement, reporting and interface.
Custom modules
We start from what you want to measure and build the protocol with our existing engines. A performance test can become a module where the whole squad is tracked in one place.
Your reference values
Norms adapt to the sport and the level, and can include your internal criteria as well as published values.
Beyond the bike
The same engines process running, walking, squats and jumps. A new movement is a protocol to write.
Custom quote for clubs, development centres, federations and laboratories: multiple user accounts, internal reference values, exports to your systems, on-site setup and onboarding.
Try it on your own footage.
14 days to make up your mind, no credit card required. We can also analyse a session you have filmed, together with you.
